Brrr...

We took Cash last weekend to watch his crazy Uncle Bob take the Polar Plunge.  For those of you who don't know what it is or who have never heard of it, here's a little run down.

The Polar Plunge usually takes place in March and is a benefit to raise money for the Special Olympics.  Those of you who don't know Brent (Bob) should know that he's involved in EVERYTHING!!  He's a Big Brother, the President of his Kiwanis group, teaches a Junior Achievement class and is on the Civic Committee of a new Iowa City group EPIC.  EPIC is the group that he took the Plunge with.

I don't really know the exact temps but they said that the water temperature last Saturday was warmer than the temperature outside.  Crazy if you ask me, it was a COLD one.  It was fun to go and support him at one of his many events and we look forward to going to other events in the future.

Cash man even got to have his favorite, Doritos, after the Plunge.

We've been pretty busy around our house.  The basement is coming along, the wedding season is about to begin along with a HUGE baby boom among our friends, it's mommy's favorite time of the year - Opening Day is tomorrow :),  and most importantly we're planning a pretty special birthday party for our little energizer bunny!

Yes, that's a whole box of wipes all over the floor.

Yup that's right, he's not frankenstien anymore...he's the energizer bunny. We're pretty sure that he's begining to run, not walk, to things and Cash is NON-STOP from the time he wakes up to when he may finally crash to take a little snooze and he is into everything.  It's pretty entertaining and draining at the same time.

I think, think he learned this from Daddy?!?!

Helping Mommy clean.  He threw an absolute fit when I put the swiffer away.  Guess he'll be starting his chores sooner rather then later ;)
