We LOVE the Ozarks, it's kind of like our home away from home.
Pretty sure this is my favorite picture EVER!
We're so lucky to be able to pack up and go whenever need be. We're always surrounded by such great company and always have such a great time! We had the chance to go down over the Fourth, the first time since last fall; well for Cash and Mommy anyways. We're hoping to get the chance to go down for a few 'extra' days over Labor Day - Daddy is supposed to play ball...but that's not going to stop Cash and Mommy from heading down for a little bit for one last time this summer.
We sent Cash man down on Wednesday night with Grandma & Grandpa Steve and Uncle Bob & Kari. Of course he woke up that morning with a fever and it didn't really break until Saturday morning...and then a rash came. One 'quick' trip to the Osage Beach quick care and the diagnosis, Roseola and an ear infection. Cash was such a trooper and we're glad that's out of our system.
Poor little man, such a trooper, you can tell he didn't feel the best!
We got to hang out with the Hawkins' for a bit while we we're down there and also got to see our good friend Joe and his other half Jamie. Next time...we promise to get in more 'mat' time!
Even on this handsome little man, a fanny pack is NOT cool!
Thanks again Gma' & Gpa' Steve and the Hawkins' for great food and once again, more memorable FUN.
